Texas Commission Unanimously Votes For Faster PPP Deals

Law360, New York (September 20, 2012, 3:50 PM EDT) -- The Texas Facilities Commission unanimously approved a measure Wednesday that will shorten the process for approving public-private partnership projects by up to several months and will increase transparency, but which has local officials divided on its effect on project competition.
