CMS Slashes Payments To NY Over $15B Overbilling Claims

Law360, New York (September 20, 2012, 6:10 PM EDT) -- A top federal health official Thursday told Congress that New York will see its Medicaid reimbursements reduced sharply and quickly amid allegations the state overbilled by $15 billion over the past two decades for treating patients with developmental disabilities.
