Auto Cos. Seek To Bar Plea Docs From Criminal Antitrust Trial

Law360, New York (September 21, 2012, 5:36 PM EDT) -- Eagle Eyes Traffic Industrial Co. Ltd. and E-Lite Automotive Inc. on Wednesday pressed a federal judge to exclude plea negotiation documents from a forthcoming criminal trial over accusations the companies conspired to fix automobile light prices, arguing that evidence rules bar the use of plea-related materials.
