ITC Judge Rules To Close Nokia Chipset Case

Law360, New York (October 19, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Qualcomm Inc. said Friday an administrative law judge has made an initial determination to end a U.S. International Trade Commission investigation related to Nokia Corp.’s complaint seeking a ban on the importation of Qualcomm’s chipsets into the United States.
