NJ Public Officials Indicted On Employee Misuse Charges

Law360, New York (September 21, 2012, 5:36 PM EDT) -- Two supervisors with North Bergen Township, N.J.'s public works department were indicted Friday on charges that they assigned municipal employees to work on election campaigns or personal chores for themselves or their boss, who copped to an official misconduct charge last week.
