National Oilwell Varco Claims Competitor Stole Designs

Law360, Houston (September 21, 2012, 9:20 PM EDT) -- National Oilwell Varco LP launched a suit in Texas state court Friday, alleging that one of its employees was paid by a competitor to steal proprietary blueprints for oil field equipment in order to produce knockoffs in China for resale in the U.S.
