Wind Farms Sue Lloyd's For Equipment Damage Coverage

Law360, New York (September 21, 2012, 8:48 PM EDT) -- A dozen wind farm companies lodged suits against Lloyd's of London underwriters in New York state court on Thursday, arguing that the insurer has breached the terms of its policies by declining to pay and indemnify the renewable energy companies for losses related to equipment failure.
