Ironshore Says O'Quinn Not Covered In Silica Exposure Suit

Law360, New York (September 24, 2012, 3:24 PM EDT) -- Ironshore Indemnity Inc. on Friday asked a Texas federal judge to find it has no duty to defend or indemnify The O'Quinn Law Firm in a lawsuit that alleges the firm overcharged and mishandled the claims of workers allegedly exposed to silica at work.
