Following Objections, Dana Corp. Tweaks Plan

Law360 (October 22, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Dana Corp.'s Chapter 11 plan and disclosure statement are still being tuned up, as the auto parts supplier filed an amended version of its restructuring plan on Friday and said that it expects to file yet another version of its blueprint for exiting bankruptcy on Monday.

On Monday, Dana filed a consolidated response aimed at addressing the objections to the Toledo,Ohio-based company's bid for a court order approving its disclosure statement, establishing voting and solicitation procedures and setting a date for a plan confirmation hearing....
