Joan Rivers Film Invaded Fan's Privacy, 7th Circ. Hears

Law360, Chicago (September 24, 2012, 6:46 PM EDT) -- A Wisconsin woman asked the Seventh Circuit on Monday to revive her suit accusing Joan Rivers and IFC Films LLC of invading her privacy by including a backstage conversation she had with the comedienne in a documentary film without her consent.
