Calif. Gov. OKs Bills On Pipeline Safety, Exec Bonuses

Law360, San Diego (September 24, 2012, 8:26 PM EDT) -- Four California measures that seek to ramp up pipeline safety and heighten the review of executive bonus programs at utilities to prevent incidents like the 2010 gas pipeline blast in San Bruno that left eight people dead were signed into law by the governor on Sunday.
