Lab Supplier VWR's Facility Violates CAA, Enviro Says

Law360, New York (September 25, 2012, 2:41 PM EDT) -- Coalition for Clean Air Inc. on Monday brought suit in California federal court alleging global laboratory supplies distributor VWR International LLC failed to obtain an air emissions permit before building its 500,000-square-foot distribution facility, in violation of the Clean Air Act.
