French Watchdog Probes Facebook Timeline Privacy Concerns

Law360, New York (September 25, 2012, 3:11 PM EDT) -- The French data protection watchdog is investigating reports from Facebook Inc. users that old private messages had become visible on their public profiles, despite the social networking site's denial that any private information had been exposed through the site's new "timeline" layout, the regulator revealed Tuesday.
