Staffing Co. Urges 7th Circ. To Revive Trade Secrets Suit

Law360, Chicago (September 25, 2012, 4:17 PM EDT) -- Tradesmen International Inc.'s attorney told the Seventh Circuit on Tuesday that the construction staffing firm had provided enough damages evidence to keep alive its suit accusing four former employees of breaching their employment agreements and stealing trade secrets to start their own competing company.

Tradesmen is fighting an Illinois federal court's November summary judgment ruling in its case against Professional Labor Support LLC and the four individuals who started that company and once held managerial positions at Tradesmen.
