Law360, New York (September 25, 2012, 8:48 PM EDT) -- A Brazilian electoral court on Monday reportedly ordered the arrest of Google Inc.'s president of operations in the country and called for a 24-hour suspension of YouTube.com after the Internet giant refused to take down two videos from the site containing allegedly libelous content about a mayoral candidate.
