Spectrum, InGenesis Must Arbitrate $30M Army Contract Fight

Law360, New York (September 26, 2012, 5:39 PM EDT) -- A Virginia federal judge on Monday sent Spectrum Healthcare Resources Inc. and subcontractor InGenesis Arora Military LLC to arbitration in their dispute over a $30 million government contract to run military health care centers.
