Texas Court Nixes Oil Co.'s Ownership Claim To Pipeline Gas

Law360, Los Angeles (September 25, 2012, 10:24 PM EDT) -- A Texas appeals court on Tuesday overturned a lower court's determination that oil and gas producer Oneok Inc. has an ownership interest in gas being pumped through pipelines operated by Northern Natural Gas Co., saying agreements between the two companies were ambiguous.
