Insurers Must Cover Property Owner's Storm Repair Costs

Law360, New York (September 26, 2012, 4:23 PM EDT) -- A Florida federal judge ruled Tuesday that a pair of insurance companies could not rescind a property owner's coverage for alleged distortions about damage caused by back-to-back hurricanes, finding that Moulton Properties Inc. did not make intentional misrepresentations when it applied for its policies.
