Indiana Can't Cap Medicaid Dental Services, 7th Circ. Says

Law360, New York (September 26, 2012, 5:02 PM EDT) -- The Seventh Circuit on Wednesday upheld an injunction in a putative class action challenging Indiana’s $1,000 annual limit for Medicaid dental services, saying the state is required by law to cover all medically necessary dental services, regardless of the cap.
