Lucky Brand, Liz Claiborne Beat 'Lucky' Trademark Claims

Law360, New York (September 26, 2012, 6:43 PM EDT) -- A New York federal judge on Tuesday cleared Liz Claiborne Inc. and its Lucky Brand Dungarees Inc. unit of trademark infringement allegations lodged by Marcel Fashions Group Inc., ruling Marcel's claims had already been tried in an earlier dispute between the companies.
