Manufacturer Stalling $110M Hospital Expansion, Suit Says

Law360, Philadelphia (September 26, 2012, 5:55 PM EDT) -- A Philadelphia manufacturer’s refusal to vacate a property owned by Tenet Healthcare Corp. has jeopardized a $110 million expansion of St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children, the company claimed in a suit filed in Pennsylvania state court Wednesday.

St. Christopher’s is set to undertake a massive expansion project that would see two new buildings constructed near its main campus in North Philadelphia.
