FCA Suit Alleging Omnicare Medicare Kickbacks Trimmed

Law360, Washington (September 27, 2012, 2:31 PM EDT) -- An Ohio federal judge on Wednesday narrowed a whistleblower's False Claims Act suit against Omnicare Inc. claiming the company paid nursing homes Medicare kickbacks for referrals, saying some of the allegations fell outside the statute of limitations.
