1st Circ. Sides With Nationwide In Employee Testing Suit

Law360, New York (September 27, 2012, 3:28 PM EDT) -- The First Circuit on Wednesday tossed an employee discrimination suit against Nationwide Life Insurance Co., agreeing with a district court decision that Nationwide correctly dismissed a former manager who failed to pass a certification test required for his job.
