WIPO Off Hook For Tech Shipments To Iran, North Korea

Law360, New York (September 27, 2012, 2:56 PM EDT) -- A pair of United Nations committees have determined that the World Intellectual Property Organization's "technical assistance" shipments of computer equipment to Iran and North Korea did not violate sanctions against the countries, WIPO said in statements released on Monday and Tuesday.
