FINRA To Scrutinize Incentives In Sale Of Complex Investments

Law360, New York (September 27, 2012, 3:48 PM EDT) -- The Financial Industry Regulatory Authority is preparing to examine incentives influencing the investment recommendations of brokerages, the agency's chief said Thursday in the latest sign of an increased focus on potential conflicts of interest in the securities market.
