Judge Rejects Arkin Bid To Pay Rent From Old Firm's Coffers

Arkin can't use funds from dissolving white collar boutique Arkin Kaplan Rice LLP to make ongoing rent payments on his now partially vacant office space, a New York state judge ruled Tuesday, dealing a blow to Arkin in his legal assault against two former colleagues.
