Rhoads & Sinon Can't Ditch Malpractice Suit Over $15M Loan

Law360, Philadelphia (September 27, 2012, 7:05 PM EDT) -- A Pennsylvania federal judge on Thursday refused to dismiss a group of real estate investors' malpractice suit alleging Rhoads & Sinon LLP locked them into loan guarantees twice as high as they had originally agreed to for nearly $15 million in loans.
