Law360, New York (October 23, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- After looking into the controversial fee requests in the Collins & Aikman Chapter 11 case, the court-appointed bankruptcy official has concluded that a number of professionals should fork over a portion of their wages due to an unnecessary extension of the ultimately fruitless reorganization proceedings.
