CIT Sends WelCom's Hand Truck Duty Fight Back to Commerce

Law360, New York (September 28, 2012, 4:51 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Court of International Trade on Thursday sent a dispute over hand truck duties back to the U.S. Department of Commerce, finding that the agency improperly excluded one of WelCom Products Inc.’s hand truck models from an exception to an anti-dumping order.
