Dems Ask Commerce To Widen Solar Panel Duties

Law360, New York (September 27, 2012, 7:43 PM EDT) -- A group of Democratic members of Congress on Thursday urged the U.S. Department of Commerce to broaden a duty order on solar panel imports from China, saying it would allow Chinese companies to avoid the duties by outsourcing photovoltaic cell production.
