Stryker Says Wright Medical Copied Implant Name For Website

Law360, New York (September 28, 2012, 1:54 PM EDT) -- Stryker Corp. on Thursday sued fellow orthopedic device maker Wright Medical Technology Inc., accusing its rival of unfairly competing and capitalizing on its trademarked knee replacement by launching a website based on the implant that is designed to draw consumers toward its own products.
