Kodak Seeks More Time To Craft Restructuring Plan

Law360, New York (September 28, 2012, 6:09 PM EDT) -- Eastman Kodak Co. asked a New York bankruptcy judge Friday to extend its exclusive control of its reorganization through the end of February, arguing that the size and complexity of its sprawling restructuring proceedings justified the extra time.

Eastman Kodak asked the court to extend its exclusive right to file a Chapter 11 plan — slated to expire Oct. 15 — through Feb. 28, and extend the period during which only the debtors can solicit support for a plan until April 30.
