3rd Circ. Revives Damages Dispute In Eaton Antitrust Case

Law360, New York (September 28, 2012, 10:50 PM EDT) -- The Third Circuit on Friday denied Eaton Corp.'s attempt to overturn truck component maker Meritor Transmission Corp.'s successful antitrust suit as a matter of law and revived the possibility of damages in the case by reversing a decision that had excluded expert testimony on the subject.
