ConocoPhillips, BP Sued Over SemGroup's $600M Oil Deal

Law360, New York (September 28, 2012, 10:02 PM EDT) -- ConocoPhillips Co., BP Oil Supply Co. and other oil companies were accused of failing to pay for oil they had bought from SemGroup LP that was part of $600 million in oil delivered to SemGroup by oil producers before its 2008 bankruptcy, according to a lawsuit removed to Texas federal court Friday.
