Republicans Knock Health Exchange Grants Over TV Plugs

Law360, New York (September 28, 2012, 7:29 PM EDT) -- Republican lawmakers on Friday accused the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services of playing fast and loose with nearly $2 billion in state insurance exchange grants, citing news reports that California has used HHS grants to get plugs for the health care law in hit TV shows.
