Wal-Mart, Others Won't Face MDL Over 'Fatal' Dog Treats

Law360, New York (September 28, 2012, 9:09 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation on Friday declined a request to centralize three suits accusing Wal-Mart Stores Inc., Costco Wholesale Corp. and others of selling dog treats that were contaminated by a common source in China.
