Law360, New York (September 28, 2012, 9:42 PM EDT) -- A New York federal judge on Friday sentenced a lobbyist to three months in prison for participating in a scheme to bribe former New York State Sen. Carl Kruger, already behind bars for taking payoffs from health care executives and others.
