Pa. High Court Wants $18M Mall Lease Award Re-Evaluated

Law360, Philadelphia (October 1, 2012, 4:04 PM EDT) -- The Pennsylvania Supreme Court on Friday ruled an appeals court must reconsider its decision to quash a bid to re-evaluate a trial judge's award of $18 million in damages to a real estate developer in a lease dispute over a shopping center's construction.
