Kirkland & Ellis Wants Held-Back Fees In Calpine Case

Law360, New York (October 24, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Calpine’s bankruptcy counsel Kirkland & Ellis LLP has objected to a request from the U.S. trustee looking to hold back a percentage of the fees and expenses sought by the bankrupt energy company’s legal and financial advisers for their work during the first three months of the year.
