Endurance Has Duty To Defend WFP Investor Suit, Judge Rules

Law360, New York (October 1, 2012, 5:33 PM EDT) -- A California judge on Friday ruled that Endurance American Specialty Insurance Co. has a duty to defend stockbroker WFP Securities Corp. in an investor lawsuit, saying Endurance’s various efforts to prove absence of coverage were insufficient.
