Judge Tosses Pom's Suit Over Alleged New FTC Food Ad Rule

Law360, Chicago (October 1, 2012, 2:14 PM EDT) -- A Washington federal judge on Sunday tossed Pom Wonderful LLC's suit alleging that the Federal Trade Commission overstepped its authority with a new rule governing disease claims in food advertising, declining to hear the suit because it would not fully resolve the parties' ad claims war.
