UK Limits Ryanair's Control Over Aer Lingus Amid Probe

Law360, New York (October 1, 2012, 5:29 PM EDT) -- British antitrust regulators issued an order Thursday barring Ryanair Holdings PLC from exploiting its partial ownership of Irish rival airline Aer Lingus Group PLC while an investigation into the 30 percent stake is pending.
