High Court Wrangles With Race-Conscious College Admissions

Law360, Houston (October 10, 2012, 10:47 PM EDT) -- A divided U.S. Supreme Court on Wednesday questioned the legitimacy of the University of Texas at Austin’s race-conscious admissions process in a case brought by an unsuccessful applicant who claims she was discriminated against because she is white.
