Sidley Austin Stays As Lake Shore Counsel: Judge

Law360, New York (October 24, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal judge on Wednesday refused to allow law firm Sidley Austin LLP to withdraw as counsel for commodity pool operator Lake Shore Asset Management Limited, until the court determines whether one of the firm's attorneys should be sanctioned for the way he has handled the litigation.
