Law360, New York (October 2, 2012, 5:16 PM EDT) -- The federal judge handling multidistrict litigation over the Deepwater Horizon oil spill on Monday threw out claims that the disaster damaged values of unpolluted property, impaired recreation and harmed BP PLC-branded gas stations, ruling they were too tenuous.
