Supreme Court To Consider Proper Patent Malpractice Forum

Law360, New York (October 5, 2012, 7:20 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Supreme Court agreed Friday to hear an appeal of the Texas Supreme Court's ruling that patent-related legal malpractice lawsuits belong in federal court, addressing claims that Williams Squire & Wren LLP and other firms negligently represented an inventor in litigation over his securities trading network patent.
