Law360, New York (October 2, 2012, 11:09 PM EDT) -- A Kansas state judge on Thursday blocked the sale of photographs and other records relating to the 1959 murders of the Clutter family, made famous by Truman Capote's book “In Cold Blood,” pending the determination of the items' rightful owner.
