Int'l Paper, Waste Management Accused Of Fouling River

Law360, Houston (October 3, 2012, 5:41 PM EDT) -- More than 200 Houston-area residents launched a suit against International Paper Co., Waste Management Inc. and others in Texas state court Tuesday, alleging the companies allowed chemical waste to seep into a local river, destroying fishing grounds and creating a health hazard.
