Facebook, LinkedIn, Others Targeted Over Networking Patents

Law360, New York (October 5, 2012, 1:22 PM EDT) -- A company that holds a set of network technology patents sued Facebook Inc., LinkedIn Corp. and a handful of others Wednesday in Virginia federal court, accusing the social media and software companies of violating its intellectual property rights.
