Broadview Ch. 11 Plan Earns Nod Despite High River Protest

Law360, New York (October 3, 2012, 5:09 PM EDT) -- A New York bankruptcy judge confirmed Internet provider Broadview Networks Holdings Inc.'s reorganization plan after a short stay in Chapter 11, overruling an objection by senior secured noteholder High River LP that the valuation analysis underlying the plan was misleading.

U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Shelley C. Chapman gave the plan the all-clear, putting Broadview on a path out of Chapter 11 protection based on a key settlement with another group of senior secured noteholders.
